REGISTRATION:
Bids will be accepted only from registered bidders. You will need a credit card to register online or call for additional options.
ONLINE BIDDING:
This in an online ONLY auction. Bidding will begin closing at 12 PM (Noon) on Friday, October 27, 2023. Lots will close in groups spaced every 2 minutes to allow bidders to keep up with multiple items. There is a soft close meaning if a bid is placed in the last seconds of the auction, the bidding on that item will be extended for 90 seconds until no further bidding occurs.
BUYER'S PREMIUM:
A Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price. For this auction, it is 5% for cash/check and 8% for credit cards. This may be denoted in advertising, invoicing, etc as "13% buyer's premium with 3% discount for cash or check" or "10% buyer's premium with 3% fee for credit cards."
PAYMENT:
Full Settlement by cash, good check, or credit card before 5PM EST on October 31 and prior to removal. Auction company reserves the right to hold items/titles until check clears.
APPROVAL:
All items sell absolute to the highest bidder(s).
REMOVAL:
Pickup days are scheduled for Oct.28, 30, and 31st. No items can be removed until payment is received. All items not requiring rigging are to be removed no later than October 31, 2023 unless prior arrangements are made with the Auction Company. Any damage to the real estate by the Purchaser or its agents is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
